Whom do you admire most in business and why?
Warren Buffett, for his discipline and integrity.
What is the most significant challenge you’ve faced in business, and how did you
overcome it?
My most significant challenge was finding good people to help execute my vision. I overcame
this by helping them see that they would be part of building a national power business.
What is the most important business lesson you’ve learned thus far?
Business is all about people. People don’t care what you know until they know that you care.
