What’s your need to know?

Everyone at one point will be asked what I refer to as “Need to Know Questions.” These are basic questions that they are expecting you to know the answers to.

When I worked for J.B. Robinson Jewelers, we were taught the birthstone for every month because we knew we were going to be asked. During our initial training we were provided with the basic “Need to Know” questions and answers so we would be prepared with the correct response.

So the question of the day is, “What’s your need to know” and are you prepared to respond correctly?
