Be Anxious for Nothing!

When you are in a conversation with someone, are you actively listening or impatiently waiting to speak? Over the years I have learned to “Be Anxious for Nothing.” In other words, slow down. Let it come to you. Don’t force it!

We have all heard of the saying, “Haste makes waste.” That is so true. You can exercise some self-control during the conversation by asking more questions, paraphrasing and then actively listening to the response. Remember that your prime objective is to determine if there is a true need for the product or service you are providing.
