Your biggest battles will bring your biggest victories
What does your pipeline look like? Is it filled with a lot of small sales, big sales or a balanced combination of both?
You can spend the same amount of time and energy working on what I refer to as small fish as you can large ones. Plus, you will need more of them to make your goal.
Make sure you have a balance of both big and small. If you’re going to work hard bringing in that fish it might as well be a big one. Your biggest battles will bring your biggest victories and you won’t be working any harder, just smarter.
