Quantum Communications, formerly Quantum Pager of West Akron, opened Ameritech Cellular and Paging Communication Center Nov. 11. The site is located on Medina Road in Montrose.

John S. Knight Center of Akron has expanded its services to include a full-service, off-site catering department for events of all sizes. Terry Narus, director of food service, will be running operations for all events.
