Fidelity Bank has opened a branch office at 17 West Main St. in Carnegie. The office was acquired through a merger of Carnegie Savings Bank into Fidelity Bank.

CJ Systems Aviation Group has expanded off site with the opening of a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office facility two miles from its headquarters at the Allegheny County Airport.
Bally Design has moved to its new headquarters at 600 River Ave., the former R.R. Donnelly Building on the North Shore.
ENGINEERING/CONSTRUCTION/ARCHITECTURE
SAI Consulting Engineers Inc. has been selected by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to complete an alternatives analysis and provide preliminary engineering and final design for the Route 51/Route 88 intersection improvements project.
Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann Associates and SFA Architects Inc. of Cincinnati have been selected as architects for the Advanced Technology & Learning Center at Cincinnati Technical and Community College.
Massaro Co. has been awarded a contract by the Port Authority of Allegheny County to perform construction services at stations along the East Busway.
Cuddy Roofing Co. has received the roofing contracts for Gate-Way Toll Plaza in Beaver Valley and Hornes Warehouse in Crafton.
HEALTH CARE
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare has closed on the purchase of a headquarters building in Moon Township. The company will move to Millennium Center One, where it will occupy 150,000 square feet of the building.
Respironics Inc. has entered into an agreement with Broadlane Inc., a leading provider of supply chain services to the health care industry, to provide Broadlane customers with access to Respironics’ line of noninvasive ventilation products and related accessories at preferred prices and terms.
MANUFACTURING
ABB Inc. will build a state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facility for high-voltage power circuit breakers in the Westmoreland Distribution Park. The facility is expected to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2003.
TRACO has formed a new company, TRACO Architectural Systems Inc., as a wholly owned subsidiary located in Kingsport, Tenn., which will manufacture entrance door systems for architectural and heavy commercial applications.
RETAIL
GoGo’s Co. has reached an agreement with Charles and Bonnie Piscatelli to open a GoGo’s Express in Ligonier.
TECHNOLOGY
Stargate has been approved in 10 service categories under the state of Pennsylvania’s Invitation to Qualify process in the information technologies service area. Under the ITQ process, vendors become prequalified to provide IT services to the state.
TRANSPORTATION
Pitt Ohio Express has extended its service area to include Southeastern Michigan.
