Penn’s Southwest Association, the group that has compiled the publication, calls it “the region’s most comprehensive source of information on prime areas of commerce, how to establish a business in the region and what incentives exist for those interested in relocating and expanding here.”
The 140-page publication contains more than 90 tables and maps, profiles 10 Southwestern Pennsylvania counties and contains detailed labor profiles, labor force training opportunities and a comparative analysis of wage rates in the Pittsburgh MSA.
