In 2004, Carl Albright was promoted to the position of president of InfoCision Management Corp., a testament to his work ethic and unflappable drive to succeed.

At the age of 37, Albright took over responsibility for the company that employs more than 2,500 people at 23 call centers in 12 locations throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

In Albright’s time as president, InfoCision has experienced 50 percent growth and is now the second-largest privately held teleservices company in the world. The sustained growth has meant the addition of jobs, the opening of several new call centers and the creation of the company’s work-at-home department, along with several new business services that are helping the company continue to grow.

To help InfoCision become more strategic and innovative, Albright recently appointed a chief strategy officer to work with the company’s executives, helping to create and execute new strategic initiatives. The chief strategy officer manages long-term planning and is focused on improving the implementation and results of the company’s initiatives.

Albright also created a chief of staff position, designating a staff member to determine company priorities for implementing new ideas and ensuring that the highest priorities are carried out in a timely manner.

As the Web and mobile technologies spur a move away from mass marketing and toward highly personalized one-to-one marketing, InfoCision has stayed ahead of the curve, expanding its marketing services to include business intelligence, digital printing, e-mail marketing and fundraising, Web services and management solutions, and a fulfillment center. These multiple channels help clients reach demographically diverse customers and donors in more effective ways than they were previously able to.

Under Albright’s leadership, InfoCision continues to look at adding new services as social media and other new technologies continue to evolve. Albright’s eye toward the future has helped cement InfoCision’s position as pillar of its industry both now and in the coming years.
