Judging eVolution

eVolution of Manufacturing is designed to recognize and showcase
manufacturers and technology companies that have adapted to a global
economy through improved operations or new technologies, products or
services.

Nominations were solicited from August through November 2007. A
panel of experts was asked to review and judge dozens of nomination
forms and rank each nominee’s application based on the company’s
ability to demonstrate successful adaption through case studies,
action steps and results.

The judges met in December to discuss the nominees before submitting their final choices. Votes were then tallied, and the companies
that received the highest cumulative scores were deemed winners.
Through this process, eight winners and two honorable mentions were
named.
