The Stark Development Board Finance Corp. has elected its new officers: Lee J. DiCola, president and CEO of Galt Alloys Inc., will continue as chairman; Keith A. Brill, president of Lingenfelter-Brill Inc., will serve as vice chairman; William J. Kondok, vice president-business banking at KeyBank, will serve as treasurer; Paul Stolic, a partner with Hausser & Taylor, was elected secretary; and Stephen L. Paquette, president of the Stark Development Board, was elected president.
