Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland promoted Joanna Wyner to director of programs.

Far West Center appointed to its board of directors Timothy D. Welsh, chair; Lily Yee, vice chair and treasurer; and Marion L. Paugh, secretary. Paugh also received the first FitzPatrick Award for distinguished services as a board member during the past year.

The Center for Mental Retardation elected Charles P. Royer, Raymond C. Wilson and Audrey E. Champa to its board of directors.
