Moussa Ndiaye has been appointed hotel manager at The InterContinental Hotel Group, a leading luxury hotel brand in Northeast Ohio. Ndiaye will report to Peter Clarke, regional director of operations and general manager. He will oversee daily operations at the InterContinental Cleveland, InterContinental Suites Cleveland and the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic.
Ndiaye brings more than 25 years of hospitality management in both front- and back-of-the-house operations with nationally recognized hotel brands in Los Angeles, New York and most recently, in Denver.


Bill Mason, a former Cuyahoga County prosecutor who joined Bricker & Eckler’s partnership in 2012, has been promoted to partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cleveland office. After leading the office for 10 years, Glenn Krassen is passing the reins to Mason to focus full time on his busy energy law practice.
Mason has held a variety of leadership positions in the Northeast Ohio legal community over the last two decades. In addition to his role as Cuyahoga County prosecutor, he served as the law director of the City of Parma and served as the president of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association. He currently serves as the law director for the villages of Walton Hills and Cuyahoga Heights as part of his focus on public sector law at Bricker.


Prosperity Capital Advisors (PCA) has named industry veteran Douglas S. King, CFP®, formerly of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC, as its president and CEO. King will lead the SEC-registered firm, whose mission is to support independent financial advisers across the country. He will also take the helm at PCA’s sister company, Clarity 2 Prosperity Advisory Group (C2P), a fiduciary-focused insurance marketing organization offering insurance products and services to advisers and agents nationwide.
The move will allow Jason L. Smith, founder of PCA and C2P, and president and CEO of the training company, Clarity 2 Prosperity, to focus on the development of new processes and training to provide even more value to advisers, a news release states.
In March, Clarity 2 Prosperity announced the launch of its stand-alone, fee-only training organization — a third entity where advisers and institutions can access training, coaching and mentoring as well as turnkey financial planning, operations and marketing processes. All training and services are available for a fee, regardless of the user’s corporate affiliations.


Torch Group Inc., a leading retained boutique executive search firm, announced the acquisition of Selker Leadership, a values-driven search firm specializing in the placement of C-suite and senior-level candidates in the software, technology, financial services and private equity markets.
The company’s president, Gregory L. Selker, will join Torch Group as senior vice president and search operations leader, whereby he will oversee the firm’s search practice, including research and candidate development. With over 26 years in retained executive search and leadership consulting, Selker is uniquely positioned to contribute to Torch Group on the heels of the significant growth it experienced in 2016.


Nick Kinsinger has been hired as sales manager at AISCO Metallizing Corp. The Cleveland-based company features one of the largest metallizing factories in Northeast Ohio. The company utilizes processes that can apply specialized metal and alloy coatings to worn surfaces without changing the metallurgic properties of the base metal. Kinsinger, a 2006 graduate of the University of Akron, brings 11 years of management, sales and operations experience to the company.
