Perspectives: Women Who Excel

Perspectives: Women Who Excel is a frank panel discussion with successful women executives on the different sets of challenges they face.  Perspectives is designed to explore the issues of diversity as it relates to women. These issues may include topics such as:

  • Competition for jobs
  • The importance of higher education and workforce development
  • Obtaining financing and credit lines for start-ups and existing businesses
  • Diversity in the workplace
  • Health care
  • Competitive salaries
  • Legal issues

The conference is presented as an informal panel discussion with women of diverse backgrounds who discuss and debate these key topics as they relate to women in business. To register for this event, click here.

Perspectives is a morning conference featuring an elegant, upscale breakfast followed by the panel discussion. The event has two goals: First, to educate women business owners and senior decision-makers on the issues facing women in business; and secondly, to encourage women to rise through the ranks of their existing companies, further their professional careers or found their own companies.
