Philanthropic commitment

Each year, the employees at InfoCision Management Corp. and President and CEO Carl Albright raise more funds for nonprofit organizations than any other company in the teleservices industry, and they also spend countless hours of their time volunteering. In fact, last year, the company donated $405,000 to charitable organizations in the communities where it has offices as well as to its clients.

One of the main organizations that InfoCision has donated to is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Last year, several corporate contributions totaling $80,000 were given to this organization to help in its goal of curing these two forms of cancer.

Another large organization that the company has donated to is the American Cancer Society. Last year, InfoCision was a sponsor for the society’s Cattle Baron Ball and the company is also a platinum-level sponsor for the Relay for Life. Employees have also made this a huge priority by serving on the steering committing and raising $13,000 across eight different company locations by purchasing luminaries, tickets for a drawing and supporting walkers.

InfoCision has been involved with the Salvation Army for 11 years now. More than 50 employees, including Albright, manned four different locations for the Red Kettle Campaign, ringing their bells for one day and collecting $1,135. Employees also sponsor many children through the Angel Tree program, which provides multiple Christmas presents for each sponsored child. Additionally, several company employees sit on committees and boards in the organization, and InfoCision’s founder and chairman, Gary Taylor, received the Salvation Army’s Community Medal for his charitable efforts.

Another organization that InfoCision is passionate about is the American Heart Association. The company made more than $10,000 in corporate donations to the association, including participating in the annual Heart Walk. One employee organized a group that raised more than $3,000 for the association through a bake sale and other activities. Other employees headed up the company’s team for the Heart Walk and its participation in Go Red for Women.

While all of these efforts are commendable, the list of ways that InfoCision is involved in the community keeps growing. Whatever the way, whether raising money, making corporate donations or actively volunteering time, InfoCision has cultivated a culture of giving back.
