Stop waiting for a call back!

Are you currently waiting for a return phone call or response to an email? Starting today, stop putting yourself in that position. When follow-up is required, you have to control it.

At the end of the meeting schedule a date and time as close to the current meeting as you can to revisit the conversation and then send out a meeting request. Now the follow-up is locked in. As far as emails, always end the email with letting them know that you will follow-up with a call to confirm that did receive it.

Stop waiting for that call back. Remember that “Time kills a deal.” You have to control what happens next.
