What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?
My first job was dishwasher at a wedding catering facility in Miller Place, N.Y.
[I learned] that the speed at which you accomplish your task will determine your success.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a chef. After college, I first joined Marriott Corp. ... and I quickly figured out I really didn’t want to be in the kitchen sweating all day.
What is your favorite board game and why?
Scrabble it’s exercise for the brain, and [with] the amount of time that I spend on airplanes with my iPad, that is the game to have.
