Downsizing business and laying people off.

Describe your leadership style.
Collaborative. Build the best team that you can for the business situation that you are in, and then get them to work together as a shared responsibility team. They must all wear two hats — managing their own functional area but then be able to be an active member of the executive team to drive the strategy of the business forward.
