What is the most important business lesson you’ve learned?
All things come to he who hustles while he waits.

What is the toughest business challenge you’ve faced?
Being patient

Describe your leadership style. Benevolent dictator

Whom do you admire most in business and why?
I think at different points in time, there are different people you respect depending on what problems you have in front of you. I think I like the piece out of Lee Iacocca’s book where he was talking about just cutting the damn top off of the car.

They were giving him every excuse for why they couldn’t do it and make it into a convertible. They did it and were very successful with it. He made the point that to move forward, you have to have the ability to knock down obstacles and not take no for an answer.
