Surround yourself with talent.

What is your definition of success?

To keep getting better — I don’t believe you can ever arrive. I also don’t believe you can fake success — be careful you don’t take it for granted.

What do you like best about being a leader?

I don’t think of myself that way. What I like best about what I do, I feel like I’m able to work with a great group of people and together we’re able to accomplish something that we set out to do.
