Everyone is sick of hearing that times are bad. Whether you believe the economy is building up or stuck in downturn, you have to be tired of talking about it.

So Smart Business caught up with three Cleveland leaders recently for video interviews on how they are pushing growth.

Kurt Treu talks about the role his organization plays in creating growth not just in its business but in the community as a whole. Treu is the regional chairman, Northeast Ohio, for U.S. Bank.

Jennifer Bell discusses how to focus on clients to create growth. Bell, the managing director, president and chief operating officer of Aon Risk Services, also talks about the different business issues that the down economy has presented to her team and to her clients.

Don Misheff talks about how his organization is getting back to its Cleveland roots during the downturn. Misheff is the Northeast Ohio managing partner of Ernst & Young LLP.

Smart Business has done other pieces on both Don Misheff and Kurt Treu. Check out a Cleveland cover story on how Misheff builds up his employees by never being afraid to admit a mistake. Also take a look at how Treu constantly adapts his leadership style.
