What was your very first job?
I was a basket checker at the swimming pool at Ogilvy Park, and I made 40 cents an hour. And for use of all park facilities and activities, that was a deal.
Whom do you admire most and why?
I don’t have a name on that, but let me give you a statement: the people who have the courage of their convictions and use this to make a positive difference.
If you could be one superhero, who would you be and why?
I am not into superheroes at all, so I wish I had the mental toughness and focus of Tiger Woods. He’s not a classic superhero in the context of Batman and Superman, but I aspire to have the focus and the mental toughness of a Tiger Woods. I admire his ability to do what he sets out to do. When you see him at Muirfield and there are hundreds of people in the gallery watching him and he’s over practicing a putting stroke and totally in his own zone getting done what’s most important to him in that moment, that’s terrific.
