Restrepo on the new State Auto: The positioning is really getting the structure in place, getting the people in the right place, making sure that we had business processes that were enterprisewide instead of siloed. That has to do with product development, technology projects, our procurement policies, and our benefits and compensation approaches.
I feel comfortable we are well on our way to achieving the strategic goals we set out four years ago. We’re now ready next year to take another look at that strategy and say, ‘OK, so what’s next?’ We have the implementation plan in place now.
