What is the best business lesson you’ve learned?

You need to communicate clearly if you expect people to follow your ideas.

What skills or traits are essential for a business leader?

To me, the most important are truthfulness and integrity. If you don’t have a level of sincerity and integrity about the way you conduct your business, people around you will not perform well.

What is a universal truth you’ve learned about leading a business?

No matter what you do, things are always going to change.

What is your definition of success?

Success to me is creating a sustainable future, being better today than you were yesterday and getting even better tomorrow.
