Total Military Management does not compete with the relocation companies it serves. The company does not have its own booking authority and this allows it to be a business partner and process outsource as opposed to trying to be both a partner and competitor.
You also need to treat your employees with a high level of respect. Connell instituted the “Go, Get, Give” program to help support employee retention. Once a goal is met, employees choose a place they would like to go, something they would like to get and a charity they would like to give to. It has helped keep retention high.
