Worked through high school as a custodian
At Texas A&M, Greco was a member of the Corps of Cadets serving as cadet captain, executive officer and graduated with the honor of Distinguished Military Student.
After college, Greco served as a U.S. Army reservist for six years. He also completed executive education studies at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Greco became a project director for Linbeck Group LLC in 1992 and a vice president and corporate officer in 1994.
Greco was promoted to chief operating officer in 1999 and to president and CEO of Linbeck Group in 2001.
Projects completed under Greco’s direction include five AGC Build America Award winners: Space Center Houston (1992), the Nancy Lee & Perry R. Bass Performance Hall (2000), Texas Heart Institute’s Denton A. Cooley Building (2002), the Fort Worth Museum of Modern Art (2003), and the MIT Dreyfus Chemistry Building (2004).
