As Design Director, Jim is responsible for all creative aspects of the company’s management journals and events. He has front-line responsibility for all editorial, advertising and marketing design work. His design work has won numerous awards for marketing as well as editorial designs.
Jim joined Smart Business as an art director in 1995 and quickly established himself as a strong creative force and eventually was named Design Director in 2002. Prior to joining the company, Jim was a full-time freelance graphic designer for Scott Advertising & Marketing and Molnar Digital Design. He is a 1995 graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in fine arts.
