Who do you admire most in business?
Frank Louchiem, who founded Right when he was 58 years old. He is the type of person who sees something in a person that others don't, and he is willing to take chances and move forward.
What is the most important business lesson you have learned?
Strategy is easy; execution is hard.
What has been your toughest business challenge?
Learning to work overseas. I found out that we are more alike than different. We all speak a little funny, eat a little funny and dress a little funny, but at the end of the day, we are pretty much the same.
