From Jack Welch, I learned the power of simplicity. From Steve Bennett, now the CEO of Intuit, I learned discipline and structure. And from Jeff Immelt, now CEO of GE, I learned that it is OK to have a sense of humor.

Simplifying the format and structure of the three centralized customer service centers.
