What is the best business lesson you’ve learned?

Your associates can do amazing things. I’ve learned that by watching them do it.

What trait do you most admire in a business leader?

I admire integrity. That’s a platform you can’t go off of. You don’t have anything else without it.

What types of business books do you like to read?

I read a lot of biographies. There are a number of those that are good. You learn about a person’s character and how they operate. It gives you a sense of the challenges they’ve faced.

How do you define success in business?

As having made a difference in the lives of the people who work at the company, and having the knowledge that the business entity has created something of value for clients.
