Dish Network Service Corp. is relocating to a 10,000-square-foot former Mellon Bank branch office on Braddock Avenue in Keystone Commons. Dish Network will occupy 90 percent of the building.

Global Midcentral, the Pittsburgh-area Global Industries Distribution Center, has moved its operations to a new, 27,000-square-foot facility in the Leetsdale Industrial Park. The building houses more than $750,000 in inventory.

WTW Architects has been selected for new projects at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, University of Southern Mississippi at Hattiesburg and the University of Kansas at Lawrence.

McGaffic Advertising & Marketing has been named the advertising agency of record for Farmers National Bank, Emlenton.

KACIN Contractors is building a 50,000-square-foot addition to Leeds Inc.’s warehouse and office building in the Westmoreland County Business & Research Park in Upper Burrell.

Elliance, a strategic e-business technology and Internet solutions firm, has been retained by William Zinsser & Co. and Porter-Cable Corp. to provide Web-based solutions with expanded e-commerce and e-business capabilities.

Dick Corp. has received a contract for the rehabilitation and widening of State Route 30 in Lancaster. The construction, construction management and design-build firm has also been contracted to construct an office building and parking garage in Wilmington, Del., for PFPC, a division of PNC Corp. The project totals $23.5 million. L.D. Astorino Cos. of Pittsburgh is the architect.

Repal Construction Co. has been awarded the contract for the kitchen installation to the Adult Vocational Center at the ARC Westmoreland in Greensburg.
