What advice would you have for someone who wants to get better at delegating?
You simply need to have confidence in your staff. You have to trust your staff. You have to encourage your staff, so they build confidence in their own decision-making. But, at the same time, make clear to them that you are always there to support them.

What job would you want if you couldn’t have your current one?
I’m an avid sports fan, and I always dreamed of having sports as a career up through high school. As I entered college, it was the time that I made the decision that perhaps I had better chances academically.

I was a big basketball player. That was my No. 1 sport. I love football, and being a quarterback for an NFL football team would be the ideal job. It would be nice working on Sundays.
