You want to attract the best and the brightest to your company, but you’re not sure how to structure their compensation package? Here are two Web sites that might help.

Baker, Thomsen Associates Salary & Wage Survey offers analyses created from its online Internet survey. Portions of the survey can be found on the Web at www.SalariesReview.com/freedata.

ERI Economic Research Institute uses the federal government’s new prevailing wage data. The results are available at www.erieri.com/doltrends.

ERI’s site illustrates starting levels, averages and the compensation of those fully experienced, with pay defined as the combination of bonus and salary. BTA’s site reports the competitive median rate of pay as collected and reported by an online Internet interactive salary survey.

The results were accumulated for more than 3,000 jobs in 4,800 U.S. cities.
