Larry Bossidy. He gets things done. His book, co-authored with Ram Charan, “Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done,” is a must-read business book.

Management of expectations is essential and builds trust.

What has been your toughest business challenge?
Spending enough time learning and teaching

I care about our people, our employees, our customers, our vendors and of course the business. I work hard and try to work as smart as possible. I lead by example.
