Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?

The rector of our Episcopal church. I was in my 30s and faced with significant challenges at work, where I was building a business, and at home, where I was raising six children. He helped me see the true purpose of life and gave my faith a good foundation.

If you could have dinner with any three people from history, whom would they be and why?

Jesus Christ, because of his profound teachings on the real meaning of unconditional love and why we are here.

President Ronald Reagan. I felt, in my life, he was one of the finest true leaders. He saw things clearly and had a great sense of true north.

Ken Blanchard, author of ‘The One Minute Manager.’ He has written some of the most enlightening books on leadership that have been helpful in bringing together my faith, my education and my experience in life to evolve my vision of people-centric leadership.
