Brett Lindsey’s leadership has guided Everstream on a growth trajectory not often experienced, while meticulously cultivating a corporate culture where integrity, transparency and open communication are paramount.
In 2015, he secured an investment to fund Everstream, and between 2016-2017, more than tripled the size of the organization with two Michigan-based acquisitions. In 2018, Lindsey facilitated the sale of Everstream to AMP Capital. In the past year, Everstream has opened five offices and completed two additional acquisitions.
Lindsey has emerged as a thought leader in the telecom industry and the merger and acquisition space, securing guest articles, panel placements and interviews, leveraging both his successes with Everstream and more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

This is being accomplished by merging three companies — Falls Communications, Falls Digital and Wyse Advertising — into one integrated agency, which will soon be renamed Falls & Co.
The mergers, which were complete in late 2019, integrated the three entities, providing a successful and comprehensive offering of public relations, communications, digital and advertising. The strategic decision by Falls to bring all three together into one unified approach has proven to be a growth accelerator for the agency’s existing clients and has increased the ability to attract new clients.

At the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, he helped lead employees to make major changes to accommodate customers, including making branch modifications, rolling out several hardship programs, facilitating the bank’s support of the SBA Paycheck Protection Program and coordinating local philanthropic efforts to address the effects of COVID-19.

In the past 12 months, Great Day Improvements has expanded its geographic footprint, opening locations in 14 additional markets, mostly in the Southeast and South Central U.S. It serves 40 metro markets, up from 12 in 2017, with more on the way.
Qualified Remodeler Magazine recently ranked the company in the Top 20 on its list of the U.S’s Top 500 largest remodeling companies. Year to date, it has realized a 51 percent increase over last year in customer inquiries and sales.

Born in Vietnam, she immigrated to the United States in 1973 and has started four companies, all of which are in operation today. Her newest endeavor, Greenspace Construction Services (GCS), was founded in 2011, and she has assembled a diverse, experienced team devoted to the construction industry.
Scaparotti has established GCS as a leader in the Ohio construction market. She sets the direction and plans the course for all critical aspects of the business. With her background in business administration, she takes a primary role in the oversight and management of the business’s marketing and development, accounting, estimating and financial operations. She also directs the day-to-day operations of all project staff members.

Sam Falletta, Incept’s CEO, has been at the center of developing and executing customer engagement strategies for companies like Ford, Honda, Microsoft and the American Red Cross, and has been responsible for over 20 million conversations between his clients and their customers.

Peruri Srinivasulu is CEO of Krish Services Group, an information technology, development and service company in Northeast Ohio with more than 40 employees between its Brecksville, Ohio, headquarters and Bangalore, India, offices.
Srinivasulu was born in Nellore, India, and came to the U.S. in 1999 to work for Pilgrim Software in Florida. He moved to Cleveland in 2005 to join a local employer as a Microsoft consultant and founded Krish Services Group in 2011. Srinivasulu structured his team to deliver end-to-end services in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint/Office 365, enterprise application, and mobile app development. As business markets and needs change, Srinivasulu continues to grow his technology service offerings to meet demand.
